The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proud to be a partner with the American Recreation Coalition and to support the Toolbox for America's Great Outdoors. The Service is the only Federal agency with a mission focused on wildlife conservation and we can not achieve that mission without the support of the American public. Providing quality wildlife-oriented recreation is a vital component of our efforts to conserve wildlife and wildlife habitat. If wildlife conservation is to retain public support we must connect citizens to the outdoors. That's why the Toolbox is so important. It's a great resource for resource managers and partners seeking to get people out on our public lands to experience nature. I encourage Service employees, our partners and anyone who cares about wildlife conservation to use the resources in the Toolkit to promote America's great outdoor heritage and our outdoor recreation programs.
